Shipping and HandlingYour orders ship in the order they are received! If you'd like to receive your item(s) via Express Mail, please contact us. We offer the following shipping methods: Standard USPS First-Class & Priority for U.S. Orders. We ship at the most affordable rate for our customers. Shipping cost includes packaging-bubble wrap & envelope or box for larger items. We may upgrade shipping method on our part as long as shipping cost paid covers it! Shipping Rates:

ReturnsCustomers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. Of course there are certain limitations as to what we will exchange/return. We are very reasonable as far as there being damaged merchandise, or the case is that it is our fault. But we will not let you return something if you suddenly decide you want a different color, or something of that nature where you, as a customer, is responsible. SHIPPING INSURANCE is now required for all orders. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages! But we will insure your items :-) |
